On these pages, we offer you a selection of multimedia and research projects by the Emory COP23 delegation and other students in the Climate Change and Society course. This course serves to prepare students to attend the annual UN climate negotiations as official observers and also to background students interested in knowing more about climate change and how to meet the challenges.
Climate Change and Society, offered at Emory since 2015, is a fusion of the fundamentals of climate science and the basics of producing videos, podcasts, blogs, infographics and animation to engage the public on this crucial topic. Equipped with scientific knowledge and the skills to communicate complex topics, the students are prepared to share their climate insight and become public activists in the effort to blunt the spread of climate impacts.
